Sunshine Travel Escapes Ripoff Behaved like criminals under the banner of a travel company Orlando Florida
This company is absolutely unbelievable - they make me feel physically sick! The sad thing is there are others like them.
This company did the usual free holiday call and them took money from my account without my authorisation. I complained but it fell on deaf ears and I received the travel documents anyway. I sent them straight back (which cost another 57) and they signed for them within the 30 days cooling off period.
Then I could never get a straight answer. I got told it would be 90 days until I would get my money then after 3 months I was told that I was never a customer and so would need to fax a statement to them showing they had taken the money from my account.
Fortunatley Morgan Stanley have got my money back for me as I sent them so much correspondence as eveidence that this company had done wrong.
This company are a bunch of criminals committing fraud but going under the name of a travel company. Someone at the compnay (ie directors) need to be arrested and answer some serious questions.
