I think all this back and forth with Charles has scared away the original poster. Dang! I really wanted to find out exactly what the story was about that paycheck.
The surest method of killing a good thread; The C&K Show, Charles and Karl.
I really think now they are one in the same, split personalities like Dr Jekkyl and Mr Hyde. Too much coincidence that their names are variants of one another.

OK, I attempted to translate the original post...
Customer service rep. put a FRAUD hold on my payroll check, when I called in and complain about different issue. I spoke with [a] supervisor, Sanchez. She helped with the problem. When I called back [and talk] with ?? concerning [the] issue, [the] REP put the illegal fraud hold because of my attitude. [The] rep [was] very arrogant [sic] and acted as if I knew nothing. I work for a legal department. My company has [an] account with suntrust and all employees' checks from [the] company link, no one at my p.o.b [?] have this hold. I've never had this happen and [the] hold wasn't placed until after [a] conversation with [the] rep. Previous conversation with supervisor Sanchez assured [me that the] previous problem about [the] account was resolved. There was NO SUCH HOLD or before [the] heated conversion with [the] rep. This is unacceptable. What is the reason to have a bank account if when funds are supposed to be made available [but a] Rep. [can] puts a non existing hold on funds that were deposited and confirmed by supervisor Sanchez [that it] would be available when [a] check [is] posted. [better rephrase this sentence - What is the reason to have a bank account when a rep can put a non existing hold on funds that are supposed to be available and confirmed by the supervisor that it would be available when checks are posted?] Every pay period I deposit [the] same payroll check from [the] same company which happens to be a Legal Department. This cannot be legal. I want to know the reason for such accusations after previous problem was solved and [the] supervisor confirmed funds were to be available [the] next day. Should I pursue [sic] further legal action..
And I want to repost her reply without changing any thing.
I guess you don't understand what that means.!? To post enough letters of the word for the reader to understand the meaning...do u undrstnd now? Get a clue, and focus on the matter at hand.
Now, Striderq from Columbia has written a very good and helpful reply. Hope you follow the reply.
Anyway, here are my comments on your posts.
1) You said you want to post enough letters of the word for readers to understand the meaning. Do you mean post enough words and spelling instead? The grammar is also horrible, so those who are native English speakers may get confused easily. For me who is not from a native English speaking country looks at it as broken English which I see it everyday in my home country.
2) You said you are working in your company's legal department. I see... My work deals with attorneys and now I know where this type of erroneous is from. You who work in the legal department! For example, you abbreviate the word "arrogant" as "erognt" which is a mix between elegant and arrogant. The meanings of these two words are totally different. (another misspelled word is pursue as persue).
3) You confirm yourself as arrogant from your own post (in the original post and in your reply).
:)

Customer service reps can NOT place fraud holds. If they could and this happened in your situation, a call to a manager would have the hold released and the rep who placed it disciplined. The bank system will show who placed the hold.
You allude to a "previous problem" with the account. If the problem included any overdrafts this would cause the hold to be placed on large deposits. Even deposits similar/identical to ones made before the overdrafts.
You say that you have deposited checks for same amount before. Did you deposit this check with a walk up teller, through a drive up teller or through an ATM? If it was through an ATM, their system could be set up to place a hold for any check over a specific amount being deposited. This prevents people from saying they deposit a large check overnight, spend the money and then find there's no check when the ATM is serviced. Not saying you do this but explaining how bad people's actions affect everyone.
I would recommend speaking with your employer about direct deposit. Since you indicate the paying account is with the same bank as your account, I would think the bank could do direct deposits easily for your employer.

Don't argue with the trolls on this site. Their main goal is to get your blood pressure in the danger zone because their is nothing you can do on the internet. But when you ignore them they are like little demons throwing temper tantrum's.
There goal is to upset you. Don't give them that type of power.

Dearest Amanda, it does not say abbreviate everything. Posting gibberish no one can understand does not put you in a position to be helped. Even accounting for abbreviations we've not been able to make sense of your post. It would help if you could explain a few things such as:
1. Do you have a bank account at SunTrust? Does your employer?
2. What reason were you given by customer service for why a fraud alert was put on your payroll check?
3. If you have a bank account at SunTrust, is your payroll check deposited directly into this account?
4. If the answer to #3 above is yes, did you attempt to withdraw these funds from the account immediately after the deposit. The reason I ask this is that for new payroll, banks typically like to see a few of these clear with no issues before they make the funds available immediately after the deposit.
Clarification of the above can help us help you figure out what is going on and assist if possible and let you know if legal is an appropriate next step. So, please don't blame the respondents for not understanding your original post. The best way to get real help on this site is to ask for it in articulate well thought out posting with all of the relevant facts and using proper spelling and syntax so everyone can follow along.

His report looks like the shorthand notes that collectors use. Beside he said he works for an "attorney" and no attorney I work with would put up with that kind of spelling, grammer or sentence structure for any type of document, much less a public post.
So, original author, which collections agency do you work for that has so many problems with bounced checks that other banks won't honor payroll from them?

I tried reading through that illiterate gibberish twice, and STILL don't know what the OP was trying to say. Not even Charles down in Phenix City is this bad ( though he does come close ). My guess is that the OP's school system closed down when he/she was in the 2nd grade, and never re-opened. Either that, or the OP is just a complete moron. Take your pick.

What in the world is going on? Are all the illiterate people just gravitating to this site or are that many people illiterate?
I can't believe how many reports are almost impossible to comprehend. Everyone makes typos now and then but this is horrendous.
I've never been a teacher but I did work at a school system for 10 years. People this illiterate did not graduate and my system was not some elite private school. It was actually in a very low income area. I would not guaranty that an aberation didn't slip through but it would be very rare. I have a brother-in-law this illiterate but he dropped out of school in the 7th grade.
I swear my 1st grade grand daughter can write better than these people.
These people must be dropouts or they just don't pay any attention to what they type.
