I signed up for a free service for three days on the internet inwhich supabill is involved. After my free three days I went in to the service to cancell my free subscription and make sure that my credit card was not billed.

I followed their direction to cancell any action to their website. I followed their directions to the tee. However, four to five days later after checking my account I noticed two payments of $49.99 was missing from account.

I promptly called the number that I located from their website. After talking with a customer service representive. I followed his direction and sent a detailed letter to the refund department explaining everything.

I had no intention of getting an account with their company. I have still yet to use that account and they still refuse to refund my money. I intended to send them an e mail once a week but I get the same responds.

I was about to send my next one when I came across this website. I hope you can help or at least get them to change their policy so the next person will not be in the same situation as myself.

Let me share with you costumers experiences from this and from other supabill "fan" sites... 1. Adult sites, paid through supabill NEVER cancellable during the trial period. 2. Supabill NEVER gives refund, not even when the credit card number was stolen. (I do not think they DO have refund department...) What can you do? Prevent further charges. Be sure to cancel your membership in the "official way". According their website cancellation through phone, etc. is not valid. I would consider to close my credit card acoount and request a new number. Just in case supabill "unable" to process your cancellation request. For the future: NEVER give your credit card number to ANY web site/service if you are not ready to accpet MINIMUM ONE month "membership" charge. If a service is FREE, it does not require credit card number. To change supabill? Hm... Good idea. There are a couple of problems. I heard a rumor, that supabill is foreign based. Because supabill specialized to adult sites, to fight it not a high priority for agencies. (No, I do not say this is fair. ) It seems the best (maybe only) way to fight them by spreading the info: STAY AWAY FROM any site/service even remotely connected to SUPABILL.
