On 09-09-09 I drove to Super Star Car Wash / Chevron to get my car washed.   I drove up to where you enter and a short Hispanic came up to me and I told him I wanted my car washed and I did not want the $10 wash but the $14.99 wash.   He told me I could get a wash for $39 and he would throw in the $23 wash for free.   I asked him if the $14.99 would wipe down the inside and he said No, they will only dust it.

He wanted to show me the overhead sign that showed the description of what he wanted me to buy.   I said to him are you going to try to sell this to me and he said no.  He pointed to the overhead sign that said $23 and some cents.   I told him it does not list the $39 wash.   He went and got a sheet that listed all the prices, I think.

He gave me the receipt that said I would get the $14.99 wash.

As Im getting in my car a young white guy who was wearing a blue tee with the words auto glass came up and told me that my windshield needed replacement.   I looked at him with a blank look.   He told me he was not trying to sell me anything (I guess he wanted to trade a new windshield for my used one).   He asked me for the name of my insurance company.   I just stared at him.

I got in my car, waited a minute, wandering what to do next.   I started moving very slowly forward towards the entrance of where the car would be washed. The entrance was probably 75+ feet away.   I stopped half way and got out of my car, cleaned up some garbage I had in the car and got back in.    The guy at the entrance motioned me in.   After I went thru the wash, I was motioned to the left.  I knew I was to go straight ahead because they needed to clean the inside of my car and I was motioning the guy so I could go straight.   He would not let me go straight.

I went left, stopped and I asked the guy who was wiping down my car that I needed to get out because he needed to clean the inside.    He said to stay inside.   I showed him the ticket and he said he would take the car to the other area for the inside cleaning.

I was furious.

When I went inside the building to wait, the first persons I see is 2 of the auto glass guys and they are squatting down, next to this 70+ year old woman who was signing something.   They Will Sucker Anyone even an old woman.    This is really disgusting because I work for older people and I dont want them to be taken advantage of.

I asked the store attendant where the vacuums where and he pointed in the direction of where I first pulled in.   I am furious again.  I told him I wanted to make a complaint and he gave me the card of the G. Manager Scott Elgersma.

When I got home I told a friend of mine what happened.

She said you did all the work; he was supposed to take the car and wash it.   When I got my car cleaned they got my insurance name and that was it.   My insurance company paid but it took Auto Glass 2 years to get the new glass installed on my car.

Overview:

1) I never got the vanilla scent I requested for my car

2) I had to put up with bullies

3) They did wipe down the inside of my car, so he lied about it being dusted.

4) I called the General Manager Scott and no one picked up the phone.

5) The guy who did the sale is a lazy bum

6) Auto Glass takes advantage of women and older woman and probably men.

7) Auto Glass should be monitored and then Shut Down.

8) Super Star car wash / Chevrons partnership should be dissolved.

9) From now on, I will only go to a $2 car wash and AND DO IT MYSELF.

10) In this economy, these people are the scum of the earth and the courts would love to make a Super Star out of them.
