Super Steam at Los cerritos Complete waste of my money and my time cerritos, California
Bought my ItalSteam from the Super Steam kiosk at Los Cerritos Mall in 7/13.
The first time I used it, I followed directions to the tee to "prime" it. It never did put out any steam. I took it back to the mall, the saleman plugged it in, saw that it didn't work and gave me another one.
I took the second one home. Same exact story. Went back to the mall for the second time. This time I told the guy I wanted my money back. He said, "No refunds, exchange only." So I left with my third new steam iron.
Apparently, they charge anywhere from $50 to $100 for this piece of crap iron. I thought I was doing great because I spoke to the saleman in Hebrew (his native language) and got the price down to $54.
Well of course it doesn't work! Now I feel like an idiot.
