Next: Its also a crime to stop a person's freedom of movement. California Penal Code:236.2 Section: C. In the crime of: P.C.240 what is significant is who was the aggressor? Next if a person has a job title such as supervisor. Its their responsibility to make it a safe enviroment for the employees and the customers. To avoid a negligence claim. To show : Reasonable care and ordinary care is part of their job. Next: If AKA: Samantha is certified and licensed she should have cut the hair exactly as the customer wanted. She is required to work with best efforts. Under obligations of an employee. California Labor Code:2924. Her actions were deliberate . None observed. Then can she show evidence that she was ignorant? (6) So she was not ignorant. She under stood exactly what the request of the customer was. After she cut the hair wrong she justs walks away. No appology or nothing. Her display of actions obviously show she just did not like the customer. Plus: Enjoyed wilfull and deliberate selective enforcement on a none regular customer. Plus: She new her manager would condone of her : Defacing of personal property. California Penal Code:594. Next: AKA: Pony Tail makes : Verbal hazing ,badgering, brow beating offensive words: As follows: "Now you can wear extentions"! What was her motive and intent? For using: Antaganistic remarks? This none action of not reprimanding her two subordinates show supporting evidence she condoned of the mistreatment of a customer. This is aiding and abetting. California Penal Code:31. Where is it in her at will employee hand book to forcefully aggressively grab any customer based on a feeling ,some made up concern or fear? No where? Why ? No wonder the police took their side.  Contrary to what you think or heard, there is no "Stand your Ground" law in California.  What you are refering to is the "Castle Doctrine", which CA has adoppted and in effect says that if someone forces their way into your HOME and you are in fear for your life you have the right to defend yourself without fear of prosecution.

You were neither in your home, or can seriously say you were in fear for your life or serious bodily injury.  You were a person who apparently didn't like their haircut.  So it is no wonder the police took their side, and being in a poor neighborhood has NOTHING to do with this.

Oh and if you thought they charged too much for a haircut, why did you even go there?
