Superior Asset Management - T-Mobile Extremely rude, belligerent, daily harassment, and not even caring that we weren't the "supposed" debt-holders! Clearwater, Florida
Superior Asset Management has absolutely the worst collection service training and employees you could imagine. They talk very fast and loudly, are extremely confrontational, and if met with any rebuttal whatsoever resort to "I don't have to listen to you" and hang up.
The last representative I talked to called me "facetious" and obviously had no idea what the word meant, because the last thing I was being was multifaceted, coy, or silly.
I have tried every time they have called (which has been daily) to explain to them that the person they were calling for was my stepson, who is serving his country in the Marine Corps, and he didn't owe T-Mobile a dime. When he was deployed to the Persian Gulf, he had his T-Mobile account placed on Military Hold, and paid them off when returning to the Untied States, at which time he switche carriers due ro lack of T-Mobile service in many places that he travelled to.
My stepson happened to call from Base this evening, and stated he had no idea how Superior Assets got our contact information, but that he would call them and tell them he owes T-Mobile or Superior no money...this is the first he has heard of it. We only hear from him sporadically because he is deployed often and can't call at that time.
It is absolutley ridiculous for this collection agency to call and harass and be so extremely rude to people who don't even owe a debt they are trying to collect, such as family members. It is even worse that they feel justified in being as verbally abusive as they are. The topper is that the money isn't even owed by my stepson to anyone...no bills have been received. Only telephone harassment of his family (who worries about him enough as it is, being at war, and his frequent deployment).
