SUPERIOR AUTO DEALERSHIPS BRING A WHOLE NEW MEANING TO THE TERM RIP OFF ARTISTS!!

I purchased a 99 2-door Blazer from them about a year ago. 2 days after leaving the lot with the blazer it started to overheat so I had to put antifreeze in the radiator; I immediately called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager and he directed me to bring it back out. When I took it to them the auto mechanic (CJ) said that he replaced the thermostat and it should be fine. I told them I was not comfortable with the vehicle and the way it ran and I thought I may need to look at getting another vehicle they told me not to worry that if anything happened in the near future to bring it back and they would fix it. Of course, stupidly I trusted this.

1 week later the pin in the drivers door completely came out and the door would not shut, the pin wasn't even the pin that supposed to be in the door and then after replacing this the rearview mirror fell off the back window blade stopped working and the door panel on the inside drivers side completely fell apart. 1 day later the keyless entry stopped working and 2 days later the window having a small crack in the side cracked all the way across the window.4 weeks later the fuel pump went out and I called the dealership back again to report all these things. At that point I was told that the expenses were mine to pay. So much for them fixing things right.

Ok it gets worse. When my mechanic was fixing the fuel pump he noticed at that point that there was a bunch of gunky, gluey blackish stuff in the radiator and asked me to call the dealership and ask there mechanic(CJ) if he had ever put stop leak in the radiator. So I called them and of course they said NO we wouldn't do that. I informed them that my mechanic and 2 others had looked at the vehicle and had reported to me that it looked like a bunch of stop leak was in the radiator. They said well we didn't do it. My mechanic told me that he would try to get it out, but, there was alot there and he wasn't sure if it would all come out because it may be stuck to the sides and like glue.

Well within the next 6-7months I replaced the brake calibers x3 because they continually kept getting stuck and continually had to keep fixing little things inside due to things falling apart or off of the car. About the 7month the blazer starts overheating and I continually had to take it to be flushed. Also, the transmission has a noticeable slippage.  The whole time reporting these things to the dealership with no concern in there voices at all.

About the 8th month into owning the vehicle is when the unthinkable happens. The car finally croaked. The stop leak that was so gunked up in the radiator had finally went all the way through the hoses and system of the Blazer causing it to blow the motor. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to there new sales manager Mike, he reports my issues to his boss Doug (which seriously lacks any customer service skills) Doug then calls me and I report all the issues that I have had to him and faxed him all the maitenance bills I have paid. I was then informed that they would have it fixed if I got 3 quotes from different mechanics who would be willing to put a new motor into the blazer. I did this in a very timely manner and he returned to me saying that my quotes were to high and they were going to have it towed to connersville,IN (about 2 hrs from me) to be fixed at ADVANTAGE FORD, because they do all there business with ADVANTAGE FORD. So 1 week went by and the car was still sitting, then 2 weeks went by the car was still sitting, 3 weeks went by still the car was not fixed, It was 4 weeks before they even towed the vehicle anywhere.

I was told that the Blazer should be fixed within 3 days once it arrived at ADVANTAGE FORD. So I called Advantage ford on the 3rd day and they told me they had not recieved the motor yet so I was supposed to call in 5days. I called on the 5th day and they informed me that they were sent the wrong motor which came from another business that superior works with so it would be the following week before it could be fixed. Yes, its been another 2 weeks. So I called Advantage the following week on a Friday and I was informed that the Blazer would be finished on the next Monday around 1p. So on Monday I returned my Dad's truck that I had borrowed for almost 2months with all this madness and had my sister take me to Connersville, IN (2hrs away) to get the Blazer. I arrived there at 230 pm and the guy behind the counter told me that the Blazer was not finished yet. At this point I was a little angry and I called the dealership and talked with Mike(sales manager) and he said oh it's not finished let me make some calls. He called back and apologized telling me that he would pay my gas mileage that I had put out to get there and have someone bring the blazer to me when it was finished. well it took another week before it was done and he called to tell me that he couldn't pick it up and Doug wouldn't allow him to pay for the gas mileage so I would have to figure it all out on my own.

Now it still gets worse. On my way home the Blazer started shifting funny, and Advantage had supposedly changed the transmission filter as well so I called advantage they told me to call superior and I did. Superior told me to call advantage so I did. Advantage told me to add transmission fluid and I did which seemed to fix that problem.

Now, still gets worse. A day later the blazer starts leaking large amounts of oil and I immedialtly call advantage and superior. Neither wants to take responsibility for the matter at all. Superior MIKe and DOUG say well just take it back out to Advantage. OK how am i supposed to get it there. Well you have to take care of that. OMG. well then I ask please just put me into a new vehicle. So Mike tells me he will take it to the top of company to see what he can do. He calls back 4days later and says that this REX guy the big boss said he can put me in a new vehicle but he couldn't promise what vehicle. Well yah so much for that this was 2weeks ago and today I was informed that they are not going to put me into a new vehicle at all. That I had to figure things out on my own AND THIS IS AFTER SUPERIOR HAD THERE MAINTENANCE MAN COME LOOK AT THE BLAZER AND REPORT BACK THAT THE WHOLE BACK MAIN SEAL OF THE MOTOR IS LEAKING AND THAT THEY DID NOT HOOK UP THE WIRING TO THE CRUISE CONTROL & WINDSHIELD FLUID. COME ON I AM GOING THRU 2 QUARTS OF OIL A DAY.

I bet you like me thought that they were paying for this right. Oh, no they added the whole bill of the botched motor to the back of my loan and tried to get me to pay the tow bill up front. I refused to pay the tow bill. Which in the end all of it 1890 and 220 got added to the back of my loan. So now they expect me to pay for the blazer plus all these botched maintenance issues.

LIKE I SAID WHOLE NEW MEANING TO RIP OFF ARTISTS.

I TRULY NEED HELP IF THERE IS ANY OUT THERE.
