sorry to hear I had about the same experience with superior auto they are truly a rip off company and I believe that they train all their employees in the art of conning too. They shouldn't be able to rip ppl off the way they do and honestly they shouldn't be open.

I also purchased my vehicle from Superior Auto because I, like many to whom they direct their advertising, have bad credit. I have since completed paying for the vehicle (with interest it was, of course, double the then blue book value of the car but hey with no credit there ya go) and I have to say that all in all my experience with Superior was "workable" at least. I thought that I was performing due dilligence when I had my car inspected by what I thought was a reputable organization down the street from the Superior lot. What I did not realize is that they inspect many "Superior" cars and, therefore, did not fully disclose the condition of the vehicle. That was my one and only bad encounter with Superior for the most part. So BE WARNED - not only have the car checked --- but have it checked by someone that YOU KNOW FOR A FACT TO HAVE NO BUSINESS GAIN FROM THE COMPANY SELLING THE CAR. As the time went on, I fell behind on my payments very near to the end of paying it off. After paying off nearly $8K for an auto bluebooked at $3500, I owed a remaining $400 and although the lot manager at which I purchased the car was a complete "SOB" who stated "I don't mean to be an a** but..." I was able to deal directly with the financing people who were very workable to complete the loan and we both moved on none the worse for the wear.

How can you call this a ripoff? YOU bought the vehicle AS IS! Perhaps you should look up the definition of AS IS You as the purchaser should have had the vehicle checked out before you purchased it. And now your going to say they would not let me. Well at this point you should have realized something was not right and went somewhere else!
