What rip off. I received several calls from different people and told them I was not interested as I was subscribing to another credit card. This did not occur so I took the lazy way and decided to take the call. I was told that I would get a normal credit card with a limit $2000 if I paid the one time fee of $ 299.00. The card would help build credit and I could then raise the limits with good payments. They went through taking my information, and I was to be debited on 27 October. The card could then be used to charge the $299.00 dollars back.

After 15 16 days, I called for the first time. Later it was told to me that I was not in contact with Superior Benefits, but a company called the Customer Service Center. You don't get much information from these people and they are extremely nasty just in their normal tone and are bothered that you called. I was told by a man who was incessantly nasty in his tone that it would be 20 business days after they received the payment.

I called again after the time he had stated and the card promised had not arrived that Friday. Called on the Friday of the Nov 28th and stated that there was a strike in the department that the shipping did not go out, as Fed Ex thought they were still on strike.

This person stated that it would then arrive the following Monday December 1. It is now 31 businesses days. I called on Saturday the Dec 6th after it had not arrived that Monday and spoke to a woman whom I requested the information on what was occurring on the sending of the card. I told her what the last person had told me and that the it was to have arrived the previous Monday. She told me that the Fed Ex had not been sent out yet she could give me no help and was not able to do anything but let me know that it was not sent out and once it was I could call and get the Fed Ex number.

I told her that I wanted it sent right away. She stated that it would not be able to be sent out for another five days. I then told her that was not good, I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and she stated there was no supervisor on a Saturday. I told her that I have been receiving the same information for over two weeks now when I originally had been told that it would arrive with-in seven days. She then told me that it would arrive in 25 days from transaction date and that only some people had quit, but there was no strike as the other person had said.

I told her I wanted her to do something to help me, as it had been way over the time that was stated, and I am not getting any information that this will change. She then told me to hold on and then she put on a recording. I assume that she was trying to give me my contract tape, but what she did was give me another person contract tape.

His name was Luke and the tape included his account information, name, check number, contract information etc. This must violate some law, as I do not even know him and he does not know me. During the phone call when I realized it was someone elses information I told her and she told me very nastily to be quiet. She left me with the message and never came back on the phone, and the call ended.

I tried calling again and after about 1 hr I finally spoke to another Customer Service Rep named Elizabeth Smith. She refused to offer any help or solutions. I told her about the previous call and she was utterly insensitive to the situation. She told me there was no supervisor or any one else to talk to. She stated she would not be able to do anything and that it would not be able to be sent until another 5 days.

This horrible service and boarding on criminal in my mind, not to mention the rip-off of the money for the credit card. I contacted the person who information was given and he had not done the service but had to go around and around to get his money back, as he cancelled it the next day and then had to get the bank to cancel it.

On the tenth of December I received some promotional kit with no credit card in it, and a bunch of coupons and a credit repair CD and another promotional piece on getting a credit card. This was such a rip-off criminal act it blows my mind. I hope other will check this but more needs to be done to ensure those responsible pay for.
