It's unfortunate that you had transmission problems and motor problems but those problems were in no way related to the so called not installed items. While it may be true that the items listed were not on your car, it very well may have been true that to help your situation ie:lack of down payment, those items enhanced the vehicles book value on paper to help reduce the money that you would need down to get financing. Superior Ford was well know in the area for being able to help people get into vehicles when other Dealers were not as creative in pushing the envelope with lenders. I don't know of any Dealer (reputable or not) that would intentially sell someone a vehicle they knew would break down in a very short period of time. Who would want that headache or bad reputation.
