ordered on July 5th on the 11th got email saying they did not have that one b/c it had bad wheel and fender wont ship it to me.  I asked for another model and we agreed on one same price.  Pay pal account was charged $1,159.90.
Received kart on July 25th way to long outside container was in pieces (and you need that to ship back) could not salvage.

 Opened what was left of box and put  out parts.  Go kart comes 95 % together it states put wheels and roll bar on and go.One wheel was flat had to have it fixed missing bolts and nuts for roll cage and steering wheel (which I had to put on) no end to sprk plug wire so it wont attach.  Fenders wont mount holes in frame are to small for bolts sent.  Had to put on lights, suspension, steering wheel,wheels,roll cage gas tank,seat. main fuse was blown, had to replace.
No manual on anything I called the emailed me a driver safety manual. I bought fuse and end for spark plug from yamaha dealer and put gas and oil in and the horn works that is it. Does not start.

 called company the said it is module they go out all the time(this one never started) send it in we will test it.  I said no I am not waiting and paying shipping they said it is a warranty thing I told them it never ran.  They sent a module I got it 3 days later. I put it on and guess what-- nothing called lead tech support again and no they said they will sen me the spark plug wire and the module that is hooked to that.

 2 Days later I get a call to take off the part and send to them so they can look at it and match it up.
My cost to ship I said no send one out, they informed me that all karts have different parts and they dont want to send wrong one. Remember they did not send 1st one b/c of bad wheel and fender.
They told me that if I lived down the road not across states they could fix it for me. bought this for my 12 year old daughter with her own money she saved. They will not take it back they say they can fix it. 
I would not buy from them look up superiorpowersports complaints they have done this alot and dont send parts out or products but charge you.

I have gone though basiclly the same crap but with a Roketa Scooter,Read my report.

In short: Delivered by other trucking  meathed once in IL. a "Ryder Rental" with a busted back door and the 2 morons needed MY TOOLS to get open and was dropped in middle of ally after cleaning out 1/2 of my garage day's B4,I got a ticket for "Blocking Traffic" as cars couln't get by.

Wrong Tool kit, Broken left mirror,No Promo "Free Gas Card",5 scatch's on bike 3 on left side and 2 on right,PDI never Done as I had to put on foot Plates (Drill 14 holes 7 per side),W/Washer fluid was in instead of anti freeze,left blinker don't work evan after I bought and replaced bulb,manuals all in chinese,

As said read my report it is next to yours on complaints agaist SMS/Rocketa.
