I bought a scooter from this company in May of 2014 it was recieved damaged. I reported this to the claims dept right away .I was told to take photos and list missing parts. I sent them many photos along with missing parts list they told me they would send parts. I called them over 30 times and i kept getting excuses from being backordered to last excuse the long shoreman strike a few months ago.I called them at least 10 times since then ,now i get voice mail only,as i t was i had to find other parts to make this wark so i could ride this from another company and needed a cdi box and had no problem getting this part from someone else.Botton line DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONIST......

I have contacted superior powersports by phone each day since this report was made and always get voice mail. I ask them to contact me never here back.i bought my trike scooter in May of 2014,made the proper claims,sent photos,vidios and have been jerked around from the begining.DONNOT BUY FROM SUPERIOR SUPERSPORTS division of RIDEWEST SUPERSPORTS.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
