Supply Distribution & Information Netwrok SCAM! TOTAL RIP OFF Los Angeles, California
This company is a total scam. They called our offices when our normal receptionist was out of town and a temp happened to answer. They told our temp that we were out of toner (how on earth would they possibly know that from LA?) and since our temp did not know any better she just said ok. The company then sent us toner that was RIDICULOUSLY priced. Immediately upon receiving the toner, we sent the toner back to them. They began harassing us with phone calls and invoices telling us that they never received the package back after I returned it to sender (NOT my problem) and they wanted us to pay for toner we never ordered and we NEVER used. After doing some research on the company, it seems they have been doing this to innocent secretaries, receptionists and office managers for years and they should be shut down. This is out of control. We have a contract for a copier that includes all of our toner, supplies and repairs for free - we have never ordered from them before, they do not have an account with us on file and they are just trying to scam people & hoping they get paid. They don't even have our correct company name on the invoice! Some poor, not so bright people must actually send them this stupid amount of money for these ridiculous products, otherwise it seems they would not keep doing it. Do not order fromthem and do not send them money! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
