Supportkids ripoffs me off monthly by keeping my child support checks Austin Texas
i am a mom of 2 boys, age 10 and 12. i have a court order for support 6 years old.. for 6 years i have never gotten support, my ex moved around alot. the D.A's office and support kids found him this year in feb 2004 but support kids got there wage attachment in before D.A's office did.. I have asked them to stop and they have refused. i was told by support kids that they can do everything tht a D.A's office can do,, it was a bold out right lie.. i found out they cant, i asked for a raise in support but since support kids are in the picture i cant get the local D.A's office to help me. so i cant get anything or any help.. right now my child support is monthly being kept by the support kids and my boys have nothing.. how can a company like this keep rip-ing people off? the adds look nice but are mis-leading.
how can they sleep at night knowing they are rip-ing off family child support and the kids are left with nothing, get nothing from support kids??? child support was made for the kids so they could have clothing, shoes and such.. now they are being denied what is rightful theirs.. how can be sit back and allow this to happen? how many calls do i have to make till someone hears me and helps? where do i go to get the help?

s.n kansas i spent all day calling aaround, talked to state att. gen office in texas where support kids is and they told me they get calls all the time,just got a call from a lady in Ga. the day before my call..bottom line they dont care and told me to file on line a complaint file at www.oag.state.tx.us then told me to call the federal trade comm. at 877-382-4357.....child support is under federal guild lines...in the end,i am still here getting ripped off by this company..worst part is that i am not alone, there are alot of people like me with this going on by this company..

i was told by state att. gen office in texas to call federal trade comm. at 1877-382-4357 file a report. child support falls under a federal program ..then file a complaint in the state of texas at www.oag.state.tx.us under commsurer protection, then i was told get a lawyer..also to send out to my state senators letters and so on.....

If you search this site, you will find other rip off reports on this group. I don't know if this will help you, but you might try contacting the Attorney General of your state and the state wehre this group is located (if not the same as yours). You might also contact the District Attornye's office again and find out if what they are doing is legal.
