Supportkids ripoff, used my name without my permission, fraud, stole money Austin Texas
Supportkids took money from my child-support checks without my permission. They used false advertisements to recrute single mothers. They advertise collecting back support only, if you are owed thousands of dollars they say"we will get all your back support for you", making it seem like a one time collection on thousands of dollars. What they dont tell you is as soon as you sign up they start taking your current support and holding 35% of that money for themselves. I have never seen one dime of this "Back support money.
They consider every dollar that they collect from your current amount (not your back amount) back support. This means they will never stop taking 35% out of your hard earned support check. The way they are able to get away with this is once you sign a contract they have your name removed from the withholding checks and replace it with their company name, then the support is sent directly to them instead of to you.
They have no intention on collecting the arrearage, and they will tell you "we tried to collect that money". Now their services can be done for free by your local domestic relations, with no fee taken out every month. They never did anything I was not already doing myself, except steal thousands of my support dollars. Never sign with these theives.

I used to work for Supportkids. After three years, I couldn't take it anymore. First of all, they do NOT run criminal background checks on ANY of their employees. Keep in mind, these employees have access to anyone's information, including credit reports, bank and mortgage information, social security numbers and current address information. Second, the supervisors tell the collectors to say ANYTHING to get the non custodial parent to pay. Even if it means lying. Then they tell the single parents that "we're working on getting you a settlement" and end up taking over 35% of the earnings. The collectors, in turn, receive a huge monthly bonus check for their collection efforts. This place needs to be shut down. The supervisors, collectors and locaters are very unprofessional. Most of the employees are young, inexperienced, and in it for the money. Beware single parents! DO NOT go to Supportkids for collection efforts. You are basically paying for the collectors' new cars & houses when you get into business with them.
