I contacted sureflap on twitter and told them that my cat didn't like their microchip pet feeder and they gave me comments i found to be rude and uncalled for and unprofessional. Me: @sureflap I have and issue about our feeder Sureflap response: Sorry to hear this! Try the training mode. There are some tips in the manual for training cautious pets too. Me to Sureflap: We did that and she stopped eating. So we're stuck on ideas. Sureflap: Try adding your cat's scent to the feeder by rubbing the cat's face with a cloth then rubbing the cloth on the feeder, or adding the scent from your own clothes; or rub catnip over the feeder to make it more appealing. Me: she quit eating;she literally starved herself until we switched back to what bowl she's more used to. Sureflap Aww! Try our tips and let us know how she does. Maybe if she had treats, try just serving those in the feeder to start. Me: We did all that no luck!
