Suremed eye and dental insurance refused refund
When I purchased health insurance they said would you like dental and vision insurance, So I said sure. It ended up being with another company which got very confusing. I called the number on the back of the card last week and told them I wanted to cancel.
On the Saturday the 6th my payment came out, so I emailed them because they weren't open on the weekend and told them to cancel my account. I called them back today the 8th and said I wanted to cancel and get my refund back, he said ok and then I got an email saying it was non refundable. So I called them back and said if I would have known that I would have never gone with them becuse that was a scam.
I said everything is refundable. Then I said so your not going to give me a refund??? She said sorry no. I said reinstate me for the month, I'm going to the dentist and having everything done they can possiably do.
I am really pissed, I'm in business and I refund people when they cancel and my business is no where near the size suremed is.
STAY CLEAR OF SUREMED DENTIAL AND VISION!!!!!!!!
