Before writing this report I wanted to dig around the net and make sure that I'm not the only one this has happened to. I did find some people who claim that they were actually able to redeem their points - the minimum amount being $10.00. But here's the scam: a lot of people can't. When you go to redeem your points, either for gifts or money, you have to verify your identity. They call your phone with a verification code that you're supposed to be able to enter in to complete the authentication process.
The kicker is that it doesn't let you, saying your number doesn't work even though they just called you and gave you the code. So you try again a couple more times and you get locked out. Then it tells you to contact customer support. Then a few days go by and they reset it. Then you go in the same circle all over again.
They're counting on you to get frusterated and walk away from it, because 10 bucks is such a petty amount of money. But if they do this to thousands of people then they're making bank, not only by selling your data, but also by lying to you about paying you for it.
It's a huge waste of time out of your life. Don't bother.
I'd rather have the time back that I wasted out of my life than the 10 bucks at this point.
