I contacted these folks for a 30 day sample, agreeing to pay the shipping costs. When I received my credit card statement I saw that I was charged for the shipping costs but I never received the sample. Furthermore, there was an additional charge of $70 on there. When I called Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals I was advised that when I received my free sample it stated that unless I cancel within 30 days they would send me a 2 month supply out. How convienent, no sample ever was delivered AND I was charged for the 2 month supply all on the same statement, how can that be if they wait for 30 days to ship the 2 month supply? When I demanded they refund the $70 they refused. I insisted that I have not received the free sample or the 2 month supply, there was nothing they could do for me. A so called manager got on the phone only to say "how do we know you never received the shipment". This company is the most unethical I have come across in my life! I checked the BBB and they have thousands of complaints for this very reason. STAY AWAY FROM BEREKELY PREMIUM NURTACEUTICALS, INC.
