And just to offer up more proof that I am not scam / scamming / or trying to ripoff anyone I have sent this issue to the BBB
I hope the better business bureau will have more luck communicating with www.swankyoutlet.com since they have now blocked any email communication I attempt to send them
I guess in swankyoutlet.com 's world that is how you properly settle disputes - you just ignore them and hope they go away
I am not sure if the BBB can investigate or look into online retail issues or scams but I figured alerted them was worth a try. Here is the email response I received from the BBB.

Had you sent the superimposed pillowcases in the first place we would not be here having this discussion
The silverish / copperish ones laying on my bed are excatly what I was shipped, exactly what I returned.
You messed up. Just admit it

You posting my email response to you only validates my case.
You stated that a previous email came across juvelille, so I recognized that tone is hard to convey over email, apologized if that indeed was the case, then went - in detail - to explain that I did appreciate the notion (finally) that you would even consider the possibility that you sent the wrong item. Thats it. My neighbor was even over here when I opened your packed and laughed at how far off base the color of the pillowcases was. I mean its not even close. The ones you sent dont even have the "double row" as I pointed out - politely - in the email you posted and asked to reference the various attached photos
please re-read what I wrote and what you posted above -

How is this out of line or schizophrenic? If I had anything to hide or was scamming you I wouldnt have contacted ripoffreport nor would I have encouraged you to contact the authorities - just like YOU warned ME you would if i didnt drop this matter and walk away. That alone still baffles me.
At this point why would I keep fighting this if I was a scam artist? I spent over 500 dollars on the rest of this bedding, and i am happy with it because i got what i paid for. So why would i pick a petty, minor purchase like this to pursue and waste my time and energy over? Makes no sense. You have my money, you never delivered the correct product, and once I contacted you asking for a refund or the right product - you rudely refuse and simply tell me to go find the Terms and Conditions on your website. Overall: horrendous customer service.
Further proof: upon you telling me there was no return option, and given the fact this line of linens is discontinued, I was forced to either
1. return all the bedding I purchased from Macys and CK (sheets, pillows, etc) or
2. make do without matching pillowcases since you sent the wrong item, or
3. contact CK.com - which i did - and purchase a king sheet and ask a seamstress to turn that sheet into two pillow cases since you could not follow through on the order I had made through swankyoutlet.com. I own a queen bed and had to purchase a flat king sheet to obtain enough (matching) fabric for her to construct the pillowcases since the ones you sent didnt match
That is currently taking place as we speak. See invoice below
All i needed from you was to send me one pair of zinc colored CK pillowcases to match the rest of my new bedding. Thats it. I purchased the item from your site on June 5. Forced to purchase king sheet on June 12 when it was obvious you could not fulfill the order properly.

So you can stand behind your terrible customer service skills and your flimsy "we have hidden invisible markers only we can see" policy and call me names and essentially rob me of my money, but hopefully you are only going to do this at a cost to yourself, your business, and your reputation. I am only doing this not to recoup my money because at this point that's a lost cause, but I only hope to warn others about what to expect when doing business with your organization.
And all that ... over 65 dollars. That still stuns me.

It sounds like the owner of the company is just bitter that he was caught up in a mistake (hopefully he is not purposely cheating you).
I see no real proof that you sent back an incorrect product except that he claims there is no "ink" and a picture of the sheets that may have just come off the internet (possibly the ones that fooled you into buying in the first place).
I don't think that you would be filing a report if you were trying to fool the owner of the company by sending a product that you did not buy.
Thank you for your report. I will be sure to avoid this seller. I am sorry that you have to endure attacks by the owner just to get your side of the story out. It is not fair for him to call you "borderline schizophrenic."

The animation of this individual is laughable at best. The picture describes it all .. what he says i sent and what he actually sent back, Also be aware that he is avoiding the main issue..... if indeed I got what i sent .... then where oh where is that security ink? . Check this email out and this will show you what I have been dealing with from dhttps://swankyoutlet.myshopify.com/admin/products/88994786ay one.... a border line schizophrenic. As far as a plastic bag the item is listed as repackaged. TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!
I apologize if my emails came across rude or juvenile. I actually
tried to locate your phone #, unsuccessfully, as I know sometimes tone
can be hard to conceptualize over email, and I did want to address the
matter over phone rather than the PC.

that said I wasn't trying to exacerbate any negative vibes, but merely
stating it was fairly obvious the product was mis-shipped or mis-labed
or (and please don't get offended - but from my consumer standpoint I
cannot rule out) the possibly they could be a forgery. If my

If you have another
set of CK "zinc" sheets with the "double row cord" in the grey color
that matches my set I would love to have them and would not ask for a
refund but an exchange - however I see that this product is no longer
listed as available on your site, so I am assuming that is not an
option.
I am attaching a few pics at your
request. I have taken a few with/without the flash as some of the
flash. They are a very faint grey almost copper looking set and as you
can see they do not match the olea (patterned) sheets with this set,
nor the dark grey "zinc" set. Also, these sheets do not have the
"Double Row" as well. Just FYI

This is completley backwards
Now I am acussed of lying?!
I sent back EXACTLY what was sent to me. EXACTLY!
The second party pillow cases that were sent to me (in a ziplock bag) were part of clearece - there is no denying that.
But if your store policy is "order whatever you see, and then we will ship you whatever products we feel like, and keep in mind you cant return it" then fine ... but why send me pillo wcases that look "kind like calvin klein pillowcases? Why not send me a envelope of sand or a pack of cigarettes and call them "zinc pillowcases".
Thats exactl;y what you did here. I ordered what I saw on your site. I got the wrong product. I asked for the correct product or a refund, and all I have been given is insulting emails and an INVOICE to ship me back your second hand prodcts that I never ordered in the first place.Bottom line is you sent me the wrong product. open and shut case.
I am a single guy and even had one of my neighbors come down to look at the shoddy pillowcases when they arrived, and to point out how they did not even come close to matching my set. She was surpsied at what I received but is and is even more stunned at the lack of respect Swanky is showing a customer.
I have emailed swanky and encouraged them to follow up on their promise to call the authorities (on me - lot of irony there).
If anyone needs to see the pics or emails these guys have sent my please contact me and let me know. At this point its obvious that swanky intends to not only not fulfill the order, but to not send my products either, so here is a 65 dollar lesson learned on my end, and a free warning for you -- look elsewhere. There are plenty of other online merchants that treat their customers much better than these guys. Its appaling
I have already contacted amazon to let them know what kind of ethics swanky has. I intend to keep reporting this. I guess thats the only way to get my $65 back from these crooks

He fails to tell you he lied in the first place , our site says clearance items are all sales final and he was allowed to return the product with the intent is had our security marking. Bait and Switch, and he sent far inferior pillowcases in return, here is a photo of what he returned, you make the decision..... do they match. Not only that , there was not security marking. We use ultra violet ink for scammers just like this, and guess what...no ink.
