Swat Pest Management Worst Pest Company to work for ripoff Evansville Indiana
If you are considering employment with this Company here are some things to remember. They do not follow thru with their promises. I was told after 90 days I would get health insurance it even states that in their company handbook it has been over a year and still none.
Other employees there are on the insurance program ,they are in violation of ERISA laws set up by our federal goverment. They are not supposed to offer benefits to select employees. I got injured on the job in Aug 2006 and reported it to the owner and my supervisor after meeting with both owners one owner offered to lay me off so I would be getting some kind of income.
I had to hire a attorney to get them to turn over to there insurance carrier which has caused nothing but delays on my treatment. Already had one surgery and now have been told I need another. It has been one year since my injury. I don't know to many people who can survive on workers compensation.
My advice for potential employees get everything they tell you in writing. I know another employee they let go without paying him all his money they owed him. the owner actually told me they owed him the money but his wife would divorce him if he paid him.
