Swe homes We were under the conclusion thst the rent was 890.00 a month, but didn't tell us it went up 100.00, after the first year Houston Texas
They said we were leasing to own, we had to lease for 2 yesrs. When i finally got in touch with Martinez he said we were just renting. But we were paying lease to own payments. Plus after the first year the rent went up from 890.00 to 990.00. When i asked y they said on your lease it shows that. We were two monts away from fulfilling the lease when they contacted us saying we owed 900.00 n late payments. 100.00 for each month..
