May 16, 2005 Dear Thurstina, We just reviewed the message posted on March 14, 2005 and would like to provide the following information. According to your e-mail, you requested to cancel your layaway account and receive a full refund of monies paid. However, like most layaway accounts, your account is not technically eligible for a refund until paid in full. That policy is clearly stated on the order form you submitted. We would like to point out that we have been in business since 1984 and have thousands of very happy and repeat customers. We are fortunate to have a loyal following of customers who appreciate the value we provide. It is unfortunate you have decided not to do business with us. In order to maintain good customer relations, we will be more than happy to comply with your request. However, we need more information. We would like to speak with you personally so that we may address your concerns. Please either contact at 214-915-7317. Of course you can send us your full name, address and telephone number in writing to my attention, and we will treat your concerns as a priority.
