order dell laptop, the lap top did not work. call to complain for 5 days before i recievec an answer. told to send laptop back, i did , waiteded a week for return of replacement. replacement would not turn on. have tried to reach a person to complaint, ent a letter 10 days ago still no respone. call ever day still waiting lucy, gulfport, mississippi
