Swift Trans a crooked company Pheonix, Arizona jonestown, pennsylvania
Crooked is what this company is.i talk to other Swift drivers and hear about them not getting miles,on road problems,idle problems,lousy equipment problems,and an over all bad comunication with the company.
i dont have a problem with my miles but understand and have seen thier's 1st hand. my biggest problem with this company is that the driver managers talk to you like your trash.like your a child.my child is grown up need i say more?
the driver managers talk like when they drove the wheel was made of stone and you will never endure what they have. however the best is when you are scheduled for hometime.this is when your driver manager talks to you like you are thier child and think they control your life. for the 3rd time they are doing this to me.each time i have made verbal arrangments and then had typed this information over our qualcom computer.
the 1st time i was supposed to help my 62 year old mother move .i was stranded in atlanta ,ga 600 miles away and a new driver. next i had purchased tickets to a concert after running this information by my driver manager.i refued a load that delivered at the time of the concert.her response:when you become an owner operator you can tell me what you can and cant do.
now its my birthday. i am going to miss that but am i gonna miss the hockey game that my sister purchased for me?even better is people took off of work for this? how can this company walk on water? how can they renneg on agreements? who is letting them get away with this,whatever it is called?
i picture an employer calling swift and as soon as they say yes john dough did work here they hang up!good enough!
i though black balling was illegal? how is what they have done with the liscence legal? are lawyers scared? i love the job but i hate how the company treats us.

THIS IS AN EMPLOYER;S MARKET RIGHT NOW. EVEN WORSE THAN THE LAST RECESSION. SOMETIMES, YOU JUST HAVE TO PUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE ON HOLD AND TRY TO ACCUMULATE ENOUGH MONEY AND RETIREMENT AND BENEFITS SO YOU CAN QUIT WHEN YOU CAN'T DRIVE ANYMORE... THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANT YUR JOB AND THEIR TRAINING ACADEMY IS CRANKING OUT HUNDREDS OF POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES WHO WOULD GLADLY TAKE YOUR JOB. THE BUSH GOVERNMENT WANTED ALL EMPLOYEES TO BE IN ECONOMIC PEONAGE! THAT IS EXACTLY THE SITUATION YOU FIND YOURSELF IN. IT IS BAD, IT IS ILLEGAL AND IT IS NO GOOD BUT WHAT IT AMOUNTS TO IS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE THE DOT DOESN'T GIVE A d**n ABOUT YOU, JUST THE TRUCKING COMPANIES WHO MAKE THE BIG CAMPAIGN DONATIONS, DUDE, I AM LIVING PROOF THAT BLACKLISTING STILL EXISTS! IF IT WASN'T FOR MY RELATIVES, I WOULD BE LIVING UNDER A BRIDGE AND BUMMING FOOD IN SOUP KITCHENS! BECAUSE OF LYING, VINDICTIVE, CROOKED EMPLOYERS WHO RETALIATED AGAINST ME AFTER I BLEW THE WHISTLE ON INHUMANE, ILLEGAL TREATMENT LIKE IS HAPPENING TO YOU. WHAT IT AMOUNTS TO IS HOW BAD DO YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR JOB?????? KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND GO WHERE THEY SEND YOU OR ELSE YOU WILL END UP OUT OF WORK, UNABLE TO GET ANOTHER JOB -- THIS JOB MARKET OUT HERE IS HELL NOW, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR FULLTIME WORK SINCE 2002!!!!! AND YOU WOULD PROBABLY LOSE YOUR HOME AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. HANG IN THERE AND BE GLAD YOU HAVE A JOB AT ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE CHURNING OUT ALL OF THOSE TRUCKING SCHOOL GRADS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR JOB IN A HEARTBEAT. REMEMBER THIS THE NEXT TIME THERE IS AN ELECTION. VOTE. AND TELL OTHERS TO VOTE. THE TEAMSTERS WON'T HELP YOU. THEY ARE SELLING OUT THEIR MEMBERS IN THIS BAD ECONOMY. BESIDES, THEY CAN ALWAYS HIRE MEXICAN TRUCKDRIVERS FOR A LOT LESS!
