been driving for P.T.L and came home to find letter from state of Ohio saying i have to retake all my tests within 90 days to keep my cdl. Company i am driving for layed me off until situation is resolved. this is not fair.

Rebecca, This is all too common among these companies who train and are third party examiners. C.R. England drivers also had this same thing happen a few years back. You have recourse against SWIFT as it was a deficiency in their system which caused your license to be disqualified. This is because they did not meet the training standards of a third party examiner and they themselves were disqualified. Get a lawyer right away and file a lawsuit. After all, that CDL was NOT "free", YOU paid for it! This is because they paid you a lower mileage rate for a period of time which covered the cost of the training they provided you. SUE THEM NOW!!
