I WORKED FOR SWIFT ABOUT 11 MONTHS, AND FROM THAT
POINT ON I WAS HARRASED ABOUT LOG VIOLATIONS FROM THE START.
I HAVE BEEN A TRUCK DRIVER FOR THE PAST 11 YRS, AND I HAVE WORKED
WITH MANY CO,S. DONT GET ME WRONG I HAVE GOTTEN LOG VIOLATIONS
HERE AND THERE, BUT NOT THE WAY SWIFT SAYS I GET THEM EVERY TIME I
TURN IN A LOG. SWIFT HAS TRANSFLO WICH I CAN SCAN TRIPS A PILOTS,
LOVES, AND AT THE TERMINAL. ALMOST EVERY WEEK IM TOLD I HAVE LOG VIOLATIONS SAYING IM OVER MY 10 HRS OR IN PAST MY 14 OR I FALSIFIED
A FUEL ROUTE. MIND YOU I HAVEA GOOD MVR. OUT OF 3YRS I GOT ONE
SPEEDING TICKET. THIS CO. CATERS TO ONLY STUDENT DRIVERS NOT
EXPIRENCED DRIVERS , WHO PERFORM SAFE DELIVERIES AND RESPECT THE
CUSTOMERS. I HAVE TAKEN ABOUT 7 LOG CLASSES AT SWIFT, IF ICANT
LOG BY NOW I SHOULDNT BE DRVING A TRUCK. I WAS TERMINATED A MONTH
BEFORE MY ANNIVERSARY BECAUSE OF UNFAIR LOG VIOLATIONS OUT OF
11 YRS AS A TRUCK DRIVER IT TAKE A ROOKIE CO. LIKE SWIFT TO
BLACK -BALL EXPIERENCED DRIVERS OVER UNFAIR LOG PROCEDURES.

I have herd time and time again of experienced drivers having their careers ended by Swift. It's a sad thing because most of the drivers love driving, and find themselves unemployed. The only way out seems if they can afford their own truck. Swift has such a hi-turnover rate its ridicules. My best suggestion is research what you are getting into with Swift. Their way of operating may or may not work for you. So be prepared weather a new driver or and experienced one. Do some home work on how Swift operates, if you find their system and general treatment wouldn't be a problem for you by all means drive for them. This way you can never apply to work their and have a bad experience. On the other hand Swift has to work for some people (as they have alot of drivers) The more you know will definitely play to your advantage with Swift. I drove for Swift for a while, I found it wasn't for me, and could have saved alot of headaches if I has researched the company in advanced. That part I take the balme for.
