I also made the horrible mistake of signing up with this company. After three months I checked my balance and the balance was a whole $1.00. I emailed and asked why this was considering I was paying in over $500 a month. I received an email back telling me that All of MY money was going to fees. I stewed on it another wek or so and finally called after not getting any answers via email. When I was called I was told that being I was on a 24 month plan, that the first 3 months go to fee's (them) and then the next 9 months half of what I pay goes to fees (them) and the other half in my account to pay my creditors. IN the mean time we stopped paying on all of our cards as I was told to do by the man who signed me up. I cancelled the day after I sent in the POA's, so needless to say NOTHING had been done on my account. I asked several times for a refund of the $1018 that I paid and got nothing back for, except further in debt. They told me that I was not entilted to a refund and that all of my fee's were not even paid. I have an email from the person who I signed up with which states at the end "I apologize if I was unclear as to exactly the nuts and bolts of our program. " Is this not admitting that he was not honest with me. If anyone can tell me if I have a case for legal action against this dishonest company, I would greatly appreciate it. Any additional advise would be helpful.

Hello everyone - my name is Steve and I'm a senior manager at Swiftrock Financial. This thread was brought to my attention so I felt I should address it here with you directly. It's not my intention to
engage in a debate; rather, I would like to provide an immediate solution for you to address any *valid* concerns which are posted above.
