Complaint Review: Swingers Party Club/Swingers Mansion/Lifestyle Ball - Las Vegas Nevada

I am filing this rebuttal to the aforementioned allegation as it is filled with lies, false accusations and libelous conjecture.

Rebuttal:

1. I do not own the Club referenced above but rather manage the company that manages the website.

2. Brad Rau entered into a contract via an LLC that I did manage. {I will allow relevant persons access to this contract and may post it on ROR.}

3. Our production company is currently working on reality programs and the procurement of an HBO Series and many other TV, web and event productions. We have worked with and are currently working with many well known celebrities here in Las Vegas.

4. Brad Rau destroyed his opportunity to work with us as a result of many illegal behaviors and this incited his disgruntled and vengeful behavior.

5. Brad Rau, Mylissa Ruiz and John Dorsett are currently being investigated by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for Grand Larceny and the theft of multiple thousands of dollars of our business/personal equipment. ( A Category B felony in Nevada for grand larceny is punishable by 1 to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000. As with other theft crimes in Nevada, the court will require the defendant to pay restitution to the victim of grand larceny.) {I will allow relevant persons access to the full police report, photos, security videos and legal findings thus far.}

6. Brad Rau Arauzing LLC / A-RAU-ZING CONSTRUCTION, INC. did not complete even one set for any production and was completely unreliable. Furthermore, this individual is using his company as front to sell schedule one drugs and to operate his prostitution ring. We cannot and will not work with nor be in the company of these lawbreakers. These illegal acts caused a rift between us and escalated into the flat fact that we will not work with him in any way. {I will allow relevant persons access to the full police report surrounding his accomplices' existing warrants and police records.}

7. My wife and I will have been happily married for twenty years as of August of 2018. {I will allow relevant persons to see our wedding photos and marriage license.}

8. We are far from the being the losers expressed by Brad Rau, an ill-educated incompetent that enjoys quoting Hitler on his Facebook page. We are very happy to be far away from this unsavory character.

9. If Brad Rau would like to go to court and allow a judge to determine the legitimacy of the co-established contract that we created, that would be preferred, rather than him slinging mud in this ridiculous and obvious illegitimate fashion.

10. We are contemplating a civil case against Brad Rau for Libel should he wish to continue to defame us, my company and/or associates.

11. Brad Rau referenced me in his lie filled paragraph as Scott Angelo...my last name is spelled with (two Ls). This further shows that everything that he wrote about me to include the spelling of my name was completely wrong.

12. I have a reference list a mile long and would be happy to allow individuals that wish to work with me the opportunity to speak with any of my business associates.

In closing, I am a former Congressional Intern, USAF Veteran and a United States Patriot and I know how to stand up for my rights, my family and my country.
