Swipe Auctions AW Swipe Auctions Refused promised refund Las Vegas, Nevada
After this website cleverly disguises the fact that they will charge you $159.00 membership fee, an agent will send you a form to get you a refund for your "money-back gaurentee". When you contact the company, Swipe Auctions will refuse to refund your money because their merchant service has dropped you. They will direct your to email their customer service center.
Customer service will send you an automated email you will not be able to reply to with a "Release of Authorization Notice" to give to your bank. Upon showing this to your bank, your bank will inform you that this charge enables them to do nothing to refund your money as your bank does not have the funds. (Swipe Auctions or their merchant service does)
Eventually you'll make a full circle back to an agent who will refer you back to their email support desk. No phone numbers work. Even after asking for help from a Swipe Auctions manager they can do nothing.
