Swipebids stole 159.00$ from me and then said they wanted me to spend all of my credits and then if i didnt win anything they would refund my money. so i did, and of course won nothing, after that they said they would refund my money, i have the entire conversation right here...

of course i didnt get my money refunded, so i called back today and spoke with a guy named Peter and he said that the merchant wouldnt allow it to go through and that they tried. he is sorry... ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME? your sorry.... i cant wait for swipebids and jesse willms to get shut down

This site will redact other web addresses...so what you can do is type it out for example as..." swipebidslawsuit "DOT" com" etc..you get the idea?

A large group of SwipeBids victims have been pursuing legal action for a few months, and just settled on a law firm in Chicago to handle the case.

(((Redacted))) is a page dedicated to gathering victims and referring them to the lawyers handling this plaintiff class action law suit.

If you or anyone you know has been scammed please refer them to that site.

are they going to actually issue you a refund of the funds you were suckered into paying for membership.?...or simply give you more "bids"...or as I refer to them..poker chips?.

Maybe they are giving you nothing and blaming the merchant? I thought they were the merchant? Is this gambling site some kind of a second party? This is confusing.

I can tell you one thing..if they just give you more poker chips, they will be gone as quick as it took you to lose the last 60 while you were on chat.

Someone needs to do some time for this internet fraud.
