I requested a refund for erroneous advertising.  I was under the impresseion that I would be billed .53 cents everytime I bidded, not that I would be charged $159 upfront. 



The terms and conditions were no where on the order form explaining their services, refer to their website (I also retained a copy of the original order form, because the customer service repr. sent me an email saying this is what I signed, but the form was totally different than my form)  I feel this company has falsly joined me into your organization and are requiring me to particiape in their bid acution, even though I dont not want to participate.  The cust. serv rep said the only way I can be refunded fully was that I use up the $159 and do not win any bid, I advised them I do not want to be a member with their company.



The registration page did not have their terms and conditions on it nor did it tell you they would be charging $159 upfront.  I called right away after it said it charged my account and requested a refund.  They will not refund my $159 without me using their service.  This is fraudulent advertisment  and do not make their registration  form clear and consise nor the terms and conditions (which are not listed on their registration form). It is unethnical practices to pressure consumers into using their service even when they have opted not to!



I am asking for a full refund of $159 and cancel any membership they've joined me in.
