Sylvester Melson printer repairman Covington Georgia
It has been 7 weeks since we hired Sylvester Melson in Covington GA to fix our office printers. He said he could fix our printers instead of us having to buy new ones.
This is the last phone message that I left on his cell phone because he refused to answer my calls. "Sylvester, I have documented each and every time I have called you concerning our printers still not working. For each call you either didn't answer your phone, did not call me back or you gave an excuse for the parts not arriving. Each time you scheduled an appointment, you either never showed up or called to reschedule. Because you have taken our money without fixing the problem, not once but twice, I am now forced to contact the BBB and report you".
Do not use this guy, he's good at taking your money without fixing your printer problems!
