Synergy Pro Consulting Mel Feller SPCoaching.com Did not honor contract and guarantee made to me for $5350. Was assured I'd they'd help me apply for grants. NOT. Coach is now unreachable after several attempts. Company refuses refund request. Internet
I'm extremely displeased with Synergy Pro Consulting and my coach Mel Feller. He and his company had guaranteed me that I'd get assistance every step of the way in applying for grants, however all he ever provided me was website after website after website to visit myself and try to locate grants. The websites weren't easy to acess nor did I find any grants to apply to.
I completed every weekly assignment and was available during our scheduled meetings in which our last phone session time was changed on my w/out any contact made to me informing me of the change, thus I missed our weekly session and he never made an effort to reschedule.
Now, I've contacted him 2 weeks ago via phone and email, and he has not attempted to contact me back.
I invested $5,350.00 of my own money with this corrupt and bogus company and now that I'm requesting a refund of all or most of my money, they will not return my calls.
I'm disputing these charges in every way I can because I simply cannot give up and let them take all my money when they assured me one thing, and have completely not honored it what so ever.

Synergy Pro and I had reached a resolution that they would refund my money of $4,350.00. We both felt this to be fair. The check has cleared the appropriate banks and I have since canceled my agreement and relationship with Synergy.

I was contacted by Synergy Pro Consulting and although they didn't honor my full refund request, or that of $4,850 refund request, they did offer me $4,350.00 refund, which I have accepted b/c I simply want to move on from this. Assuming I do receive that refund either via check or credited back to my credit card, I will be content with the resolution that Synergy has offered me.
