I would like to thank Rip-Off Report. My complaint started last year with letters, calls, and emails. It was the vice president who saw my complaint on Rip-Off Report and contacted me. He was very open and willing to hear my complaint. They resolved my issue to my full satisfaction - very quickly. Thanks to all parties involved.
