ANDREW R.SZCZYGIEL. Drew Szczygiel, Andrew Szczygiel, Andrew R. Szczygiel Sold me 10 year old tires. Said they were 1 year old. Refused to return money. Has a criminal record. Be careful! Naugatuck Connecticut

Went on Letgo app and found used tires for sale. Contacted Andrew Szczygiel who posted the ad. I asked Andrew how old the tires were and he said 1 year old. The tires had good tread so I offered him $100 for the tires.
I bought the tires off of him and was later told by a friend the tires were dated 2007 (They were 10 years old, not 1 year old) I texted Andrew asking for my money back and he told me "fair price fair deal". I told him he lied to me saying the tires were only a year old and he said "yes to me" (and I even screen shot his text and sent it to him where he said they were a year old)
He refused to give me my money back. I told him that 10 year old tires were unsafe and he didn't care. He refused to give me my money back. Upon further investigation I found that he has been arrested numerous times in Connecticut. I also found another listing for a rip off report regarding him on this website.
I offered to give him the tires back and offered to only get back $80 of the $100 I paid him and he refused.
This guy is a 2 bit husler. He is in Naugatuck and or Beacon Falls, Connecticut.
