I went to TA Nails salon on March 28th, 2017. First I tried to call them but the phone number I found in google was not working. So I walked in. I asked the manager Rose Vo if they had time to do manicure at the time I walked in. She said yes and let me sit in the chair. Then one of the employees started preparing my nails by peeling them off and wrapping.
Shortly after he stopped and moved to do pedicure to another customer. I was sitting and waiting and nothing seemed to be happen. I asked that employee how long it would take to finish my manicure because I had a 5 months baby waiting to be breastfeed and I also had a business meeting. The employee did not speak English at all. I asked him several times in a good manner and he did not even try to understand what I was trying to ask. Then I called the manager Rose Vo and asked her how long it would take.
She said that there were other customers so I had to wait. I tried to explain her that I need to know an estimated time because I had a baby waiting for me. And also I mentioned that in the very beginning when I walked in I asked her if she had time to do my nails and she said yes. All of that I did in pleasant manner. Rose Vo came up to me, took the wraps off my fingers and asked me to leave. I told her that I could not leave because she peeled the old gel off my nails and I could not go outside with the damaged nails.
Moreover I had a business meeting. So I asked her to finish the job. She said she would call the police to kick me out of the salon. Police came and after our explanations asked me to leave with damaged nails and also let me know if I refuse to leave I could be arrested with criminal trespassing. The picture of the nails and the police report are attached.

No one thinks you are the victim dear consumer. You made a fool of yourself and also ruined the experience of other people in the wonderful salon that had paid their hard earned money so they could relax and have their nails done.

I am a customer of TA Nails and have been for a little over a year. I feel that this complaint is unjustified. I am there every two weeks and I have seen Rose handle every situation as professional as possible. The staff is a great staff. I was actually going to another nail shop down the street and left there because of the very unfriendly atmosphere. TA Nails does great work and they are very accommodating. I feel this is a one time instance with some unreasonable expectations.

I was there and you came in demanding and condescending and even in your report you talk about no one being able to speak English -but Rose speaks English fluently. You almost sound a little racist. You yourself are from a foreign country are not a citizen here and didn't even have a permanent address. You were so aggressive and scary that I was nervous and took your picture and told my husband how uncomfortable you were making me. I'm a regular customer and whether I make an appointment or not Rose and staff try to accommodate me -you have to give them time to do your nails/ this isn't fast food. I've never seen anyone have such a blurred vision of what actually happened and then go on a rant on all the sites to tarnish someone who is self-employed trying to make a living...wow. And yes the police told you to leave because even your husband came in and started becoming aggressive. Unbelievable. I think you tried to come in and get it done quickly without an appointment and tried to do it for free because you might not have the means to pay for what you want and get back to the baby and husband that were sitting in the car waiting on you. It's clear by your picture that you waited a long time to get the nails taken care of having an infant but that doesn't give you the right to treat everyone like crap and demand instant service.

for whomever had to deal with you!! YOU did not make an appt, walked in then expected to have your nails done WHEN you wanted them done. That is what APPOINTMENTS are for! SO did you have a baby waiting or a business meeting? Kind of confusing or lying?
Then you have the audacity to waste POLICE time and taxpayer's money on your idiotic complaint. Grow up.

Sorry Cinderella but there ARE other human beings!!! IF the police were called YOU were NOT on your best behavor!!! So THEY are the bad guys BECAUSE they dont want to put up with YOUR attitude and YOUR mouth. The police being called pretty much tells ANYONE who reads YOUR post that YOU ARE AN INSTIGATOR!!!! YOU were running your mouth when YOU should have kept your trap SHUT!!! YOU were being a GIANT pain in the a$$ to the point that THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED!!!!! YOU cant play the victim when YOU are the ones throwing the first "punch".
