I was a customer for about 5 years before I decided to sign a contract with t-mobile on the $49.99/per line for 2+ lines, so we could reap the benefits of having internet on our smartphones. Well like everything, there has to be catch right? Not only do you have to pay FULL PRICE for a phone in exchange for 2 years of service, the internet was HORRIBLE, it would be higher speeds for almost a day then slower than dial up for the rest of the month, far before 2gb was reached...def. nothing to brag about being 4g. I was also having problems with my Galaxy S, and called in to get a replacement, sent out another crap phone and was calling again within a couple weeks, they agreed to send me out a different model the G2X after stating that my Galaxy S was having KNOWN issues. Well the replacement they sent out was obviously a refurbished that acted even worse than the Galaxy S and I had to call once again and get that replaced. This was becoming more of a hassle than anything, especially for service that wasn't up to par. After sending off the last G2X I get a bill for $240. After calling them they tell me that when they received my phone there was a crack in the LCD screen. The phone was physically immaculate when sent off through fed-ex and I, a customer of 5+ years am being charged for something that was out of my care and control. After calling them furious they stated they would call within 72 hours after researching my case, I stated I was NOT happy and would contemplate cancellation after all my problems. So the bottom line is- T MOBILE CARES NOTHING about their customers, that's why they aren't accredited with the BBB and there are so many complaints, I have worked at US CELLULAR, and while a smaller company, they care--they would never let me talk the customer without compassion & sympathy, and they def wouldn't have lost a customer to a measly $115. The cancellation department showed no remorse & didn't seem to mind losing me as a customer, they have customer regardless---who needs me, right?

I have issues with tmobile right now due to countless software issues with blackberries I purchased through their company. Every replacement handset they sent through the warranty exchange program was defective...white screen, error messages, shutting off simultaneously etc. They send the typical phones without a battery or back piece.They hustle customers by having the upgrade to get a newer phone, which includes a two year service agreement. I had to leave Tmobile just to have a working phone through Verizon. Trust me, I'm annoyed right along with you! But you can get your point across in many forums.
