I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I am a brand new customer to t mobile. Ive only had the servce for 8 days as of today. I purchased 2 phones. The samsung galaxy s3. One f the phones has a power button that sticks and doesnt always work. I took it back to the store I got it from they didnt have anymore in so they said they can call me when they get more in on monday or I can call another store to see if they had some. So I found another store tha t had one left. Once I told them I need that phone to exchsnge fit they said that they wouldnt let me exchange it with them that they were keep that phone to sell it only. After she argued with me and said she didnt care what my problem was with the phone she was not exchanging it for me. So I callef the customer service # to see if they can send me a new one she was giving me nothing but problems and then hung up on me. So I now have a phone that is defective that no one is willing to exchange for me and I only have 6 days left to do it because they have a 14 period. T mobile sucks. The only reason y I chose them is because they had the cheapest deposit and now I know why all they want is your money they dont care about their customers. And last im supposed to get a 15% discount for working for ups I took ky work I fo to the store and they said I had to fax it to corporate. I told them I dont have a fax they said idk what to tell you I cant do it for you. Wow gee thanks. Horrible service.
