In order for T Mobile to get your account information, it HAS to be given to us, either verbally by a customer over the phone, complete with billing address for the checking account or credit card to validate. I assure you that we don't just go around picking up account numbers and plugging them in. Sounds to me like someone managed to get ahold of your acount information as well as your address (and possibly SSN) and use it on a TMobile account.
