Taft High School Textbook Room Rip Off, Corrupt Administration Woodland Hills California
Student was checked out of school without being told by someone unauthorized to check student out of school. $300.00 refund to books was promised to arrive by 1-11-05. 12-11-04, From 12-11-04 until 2-19-05 we have called the textbook room at Taft High School. The lady in the textbook room refuses that she ever promised us a refund. We called and told her that she is not doing her job right and then called Dean Howard Gillingham to have him correct the situation.
The lady in the textbook room claimed to the Dean that we have been threatening her for the money. Obviously she considers being told to do her job a threat and is obviously not capable of handling such a simple refund. She has and still refuses to talk to us regarding the refund. We doubt we will recieve it, so we've decided to post on Ripoffreport.com
I feel that it is sad when you cannot trust a school with your money, even when you are owed a refund. Perhaps Taft High School and the LAUSD is as money hungry as everyone has always suspected. I hope they read this and decide to do right by their students.
