this company of take a break travel located at luxor and excalibor in las vegas are completely rip offs, personnel is rude, kept my refund of 175 dlls, because my wife was not fluent at english , when she can understand it and speak back, but they say that sha had to be fluent, and that to me sounds like discrimination. like if they want only US people, why do you pass a citizenship test , because you understand and answer back questions, but to them they say that you had to be 100 % fluent, and they said that for that reason they were not refunding our money, and seems they do this to alot of people. when we first signed up for the offer last year they did not mention this at all to us. up until we were there, there should be someone to put a stop to this. it is very frustrating and you try to explain to them, that they were not clear when they took your money, but they had rude answers.
they cared less, all they said is that they were keeping the deposit towards roo charges, when we would attend we would og gotten back the refund and the room for free, so its a total rip off anyways.
they should not allow this type of offers in the casinos, because even though maybe the casino is not involved , people think that the casino is, and its a bad name to the casino
