Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I recieved a call sometime ago fromthis company calling themselves "Take Two Nights" They told me I was qualified for a FREE vacation because I had attended a time share presentation. I was told that this was unused vacation time.  The person calllng me sounded like a high school kid or thereabouts. There was alot of noise, sounded almost like they were calling form a bar. These people are pests who call all day long and especially on Saturdays when they know people are at home. What a joke. We work all week and  and want to relax and have to take calls from people like this who only bother people.

Still I tried to be polite. When I asked what company I had booked my travel with previously who owed me this "FREE VACATION" she didn't even answer. Just ignored the question. When I asked again. She said she couldn't revela that and when I asked a third time, she finally said she didn't know. How could they offer me a vacation of unused travel if they didn't even know who it was from? This was the first red flag.

Then this person goes on to tell me that I had a credit of $300 and it would only cost me $299 to take advanatage of this three day, two nights vacation special. How did we suddenly go from FREE to me owing $299? Second red flag.

Then I was told that "due to the FREE accomodations and the limited number of packages available, that this promotion is offered only on a first come, first served basis." I siad fine. Not interested, call someone else.

Then I relaized how amateurish and what a obviously rank and file telemarketer this person was. She said, is it the price or does it sound too good to be true? I answered both and wanted to get off the phone.

She said, "I can appreciate that" while dropping her tone. She was showing some skill at least. So I told her that I would have to discuss this with my husband. Her reply was , "I can appreciate that. I am married as well." You have to be kidding me! This person sounded like she was preparing for a Jr. High School Prom, not married. What a canned rebuttal and sales line! So I laughed. At least this person was providing some humor.

Then this person went on to tell me that she could drop the price from $299 down to $149 for the same deal and would through in a 3 day, 2 night cruise as a      gift. WOW! Lower the price, cutting it in half and through in a cruise? If the $299 for a three day 2 night vacation sounded too good to be true, what do you call this? I call it a SCAM!

But she wasn't done yet. Now she  said she was authorized to issue me a 4 day three night vacation and cruise for the $149. WOW! This gets better and better. The more I object, the more goodies they through in. Maybe if I continue, I can get a 7 day, 7 night vacation and cruise and they will even pay me to take it? LOL.

While this amateur telemarketer was pitching me, I opened a brower on my computer and researched Take Two Nights. I found many complaints about them on the social media. I also discovered that Take Two Nights used to be called Take Three Nights and also operates under the name Preferred Guests.

I told this person that I might be interested if she gave me more information about her company. Her tone escalated. Evidence of a very inexperienced sales person. And I am not sure if I would call these people sales people. They give the industry a bad name. Only then did she tell me t hat she was calling from Longwood, FL. and her company was called Kluu, llc.

Another person jumped on the line. His name was Art. I was told this person was the director and he asked me if the agent was polite and courteus. I chuckled and said yes with a luagh in my voice. She did seem cute and courteus albeit very naive and inexperienced. I ASKED THIS guy is she was really married as she said she was. She sounded way too young. He ran right over that question and went into his pitch.

He went on to tell me that this vacation would include a rental car and some other things. As I mentioned above, I was still on the internet and saw the negative reviews about Take Two Nights and Take Three Nights. I asked him about this. He only reponded with, "M'am, you know how the internet is. You can't beleive everything they say and we are not for everybody."

Then he went onto his pitch and regurgitated what the other lady said about special offer, special deal, discounts and aone time offer. He otld me that special in Florida that would include theme park tickets to Orlando and oceanfront 4 day three night stay in Daytona beach. And he said he would throw in a nice stay at a Wpyndom resort in Orlando all for the low price of only $149. TOhe he said this was the same price he gave to his mother.

So I asked him if I could have his mothers phone number or if he could email me pictures of her vacation. He was aghast at that and got very angry. How dare I rebut him and call him on such an obivous lie. Like his mother really took this or that he would sell this junk to his own mother or any family member or friend. At which point I asked him, "How many of your friends and family members have you offered this great deal to?" He got very rude and loud. He knew I had called him out.

Bottom line Take Two Nights and Take Three Nights is a scam. Don't fall for their sales pitch. Obvioulsy this is just a cheap boiler room that hires amatuerish telemarkets to push their junk. I can imagine their location in Longwood, FL no doubt located in the dumpy section of town, carpet ripped and torn, paint peeling off the walls, bathrooms that look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in 6 months and people working there who are unable to find suitable work so ripoff people for no doubt minimim wage and perhaps small commissions and bonuses.

Another thing was as I mentioned above, I was told that this was a one time offer. Yet I was called repeatedly by this ocmpany and they still call me even after I refused and demanded that they take me off their calling lists. They never give up.

Be wary of giving information when you go to a  time share presentation. Demand that they do not sell your information to other companies and when companies like Take Two Nights call you, do not be too polite with them. Report them to Orlando BBB and social media and let everyone else know what a crappy outfit they really are.
