Go to your bank and tell them you did not authorize this company to remove anything from your bank account and you want to file an authorized debit form out. ( It could also be called ACH fraud form, unauthorized ACH. You get the idea.) Some banks may ask that it be notorized others may not but make sure you fill one out. They are a scam and the only way to get your money back is to file the form from your bank. Hope this helps.

on the home page a 1/3 down the page. Q - What does it cost to get a payday advance loan? A - For each $100 borrowed, our charges are a low $30 every 2 weeks or part thereof. There is also a $19.00, one-time only, non-refundable application fee, payable upon submission of this application. Non-refundable application fee. You probably won't be getting anything back. With literally hundreds of payday loans outfits out there, you should never have to pay any type of non-refundable application fee. But be sure to read and understand the structure of the loan if you do decide to apply for one. I would, however, not recommend it unless it is your absolute last resort. Swallow your pride and borrow if you can from family and friends (making sure to pay them back in a timely fasion). Just by simply searching this site you will find alot of people take these out thinking it is an installment loan. What they fail to understand is that if they do not pay off the full amount plus the fee by the next pay period, their accounts get hit with loan fee after loan fee each pay period because their loans are auto renewing. They end up paying more in fees than the actual loan amount. There is usually a section in the loan documents that explains what has to be done to pay it off and avoid the auto-renewing. Unfortunately, nobody ever seems to read it. Good luck.
