I Bought a 1995 Lexus ls400 from this dealer on ebay in november 2010. They claimed in their description that it was in AMAZING condition. I had the car shipped to me in NJ. When it arrived the hood was all scratched and the hood struts were not working at all. That was just the start of my problems. The car had a bad vibration and drove very poorly. I sank about $1000- dollars into it to try to make it look and run the way they said it did. But it still was in bad shape. They also claimed all services were up to date and done by a local lexus dealer. But when I got a dealer print out there was approx. 65000 miles of missing records. I then brought the car to a Lexus dealer nearby and received more bad news. That it needed thousands of dollars of repairs to make it road worthy. When I contacted Tampa Bay Auto Exchange, they pretended to be concerned but I soon realized that they were just giving me the runaround. I even offered to buy another vehicle from them if they would take this one back. They said they would but soon went back on their offer. Bottom line is that this dealer CANNOT BE TRUSTED !!! Please save yourself alot of anguish and buy from another dealer...I Hope This Helps Someone....P.S. I have contacted a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau...THIS IS NOT OVER !!!

Here's what you did...YOU sent your money off to buy a USED CAR, sight unseen over the internet! They screwed you, sure enough because the piece of junk was NOT what they described.

However...YOU, who? Y-O-U opened the door wide...very wide...to let in the chance of fraud and deception by even for one split second considering to buy this USED CAR, sight unseen.

Rush to the nearest doctor to see what can be done for your diminished supply of COMMON SENSE!
