They expose all the ILLEGAL tricks debt collectors use to try and get you to pay a debt you probably do not owe. State in that letter that they are calling the wrong number and to cease immediately - Send it certified mail - return receipt - so you have proof it was received. If they continue to call after receiving the letter you can sue them for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. FEDERAL LAW

...and ask them if they can block the number they are calling from, and ask them for the records dating back to when they first started calling you. Contact an attorney (most give free consult on the phone) and ask him what specific motions you need to file in your state to get a harassment suit going.
