Tax Defenders I paid the Tax Defenders approximately $6,000 of my hard earned money and they did not resolve my tax debt issues as agreed. Chicago Illinois
Between 2013 and 2014, I paid tax Defenders approximately $6,000 as payment for tax debt resolution. This company was electronically withdrawing $500 per month from my checking account during the time I was employed. This lasted from around April 2013 to May 2014. After I lost my job and was unable to pay each month, they dopped me like a Hot Potatoe and my case was closed.
I thought I was making a very important step towards the resoultion of my tax problems, and I thought that the Tax Defenders would make every effort to resolve my tax debt be as fairly as possible.
I received a warm welcome letter from Alex Harris (Co-Finder & Director of Resolution) when I first started and I communicated with Brian Thompson by telephone on a regular basis. I am very dissapointed and unhappy about the way they handled my case. I trusted The Tax Defenders to help me but all they did was take my money and left me in a worst situation than before.
