I paid Solomon Hemani of Tax Planning Consultants $5000 to help me restructure my company from an S-Corp to an LLC. Solomon did not complete the paperwork correctly, even when I sent him explicit instructions from the State. He initially would not return my calls or respond to my emails and still has not refunded any portion of my money. I found another CPA who was able to do the work for $300. When I finally reached Solomon and informed him that I no longer needed his services and was able to get the same service completed for less than the amount he charged me, he told me that he would not refund my money and that I should go ahead and sue him. This man presents himself as an enrolled agent with the IRS, which I have not been able to verify. I filed a complaint with the IRS and am awaiting a response. If you ever come across this man, please do not do business with him. I wish I had seen the complaint filed in 2010 before engaging with him. Stay away from Tax Planning Consultants and Trucking Tax Experts. Solomon Hemani is a Fraud Star do not do any type of business with him or anyone that is associated with this man . Birds of the same feather flock together.
He Also Tried to have me pay him $30,000 to set up some other scam he is involved with now something about a business trust and a foundation . i pray the IRS finds this guy and lock him away for good not sure how many more people he has scammed.
