I initially contacted TRA in 2004 looking for help dealing with the IRS. At first they seemed very helpful and legit. Later on it was like pulling teeth to get them to return a call or email to update me on the status of my account. When I tried one more time to actually talk to someone regarding my account to my surprise they were no longer in business. How do you close a businees and not tell your clients about the situation months or weeks in advance. Oh wait, were dealing with crooks. Taking advantage of people who were only looking for help is absolutely sickening. Where do we go from here? I would be more than happy to discuss this situation with other victims of this scam. Lets make these people pay so that nobody else is scammed by these crooks.
